I'm a Chief Innovation Officer, executive facilitator, strategist, author, and performance improvement practitioner.
My experience spans global leadership development, organizational change, innovation, design thinking, performance improvement, AI-enabled work, product strategy, and large-scale organizational change.
I spent 19 years at Hilti in leadership and global learning roles before becoming Chief Innovation Officer at ansrsource.
